Service
Fit Lumetra to the way professional work must be delivered.
Deploy translates approved requirements, workflows, terminology, templates and governance into a controlled Lumetra implementation.
Implementation sequence
Five stages from discovery to launch.
Deploy begins with real workflow evidence, not a generic template. Each stage produces a documented output that the next stage validates.
- 01Discover
Understand the stages, roles, evidence, decisions and outputs your team already manages. We interview practitioners, review sample deliverables and map the current workflow before proposing any change.
- 02Design
Translate the discovered workflow into a Lumetra blueprint: project structure, taxonomy, required fields, review states, templates and governance rules aligned to your approved method.
- 03Configure
Build the configured environment, import or connect initial data, prepare templates and set up user roles and permissions based on the approved design.
- 04Validate
Run representative projects through the configured environment, compare outputs to existing deliverables, capture feedback and refine the setup before broader use.
- 05Enable and Launch
Train the team, finalize enablement material, confirm acceptance criteria and launch the operating model with a clear support and iteration plan.
Deliverables
What a controlled implementation produces.
- Workflow blueprint
- Configuration specification
- Taxonomy and templates
- Data-readiness plan
- Acceptance plan
- Enablement material
- Launch plan
Configured workflow engagements
Configured professional workflows before a standardized module exists.
Deploy may configure selected forensic, energy and decarbonization, commissioning and Retro-Cx, or remediation and Owner's Representative workflows on the shared Lumetra foundation before a standardized module exists.
Workflows that may be configured
- Forensic investigation workflows
- Energy and decarbonization workflows
- Commissioning and Retro-Cx workflows
- Remediation and Owner's Representative workflows
Every engagement requires
- Approved scope
- A named delivery owner
- Qualified professional responsibility
- Current staffing capacity
- A defined data boundary
- A commercial agreement
What a configured engagement is not
- It is never packaged software.
- It is never a purchasable roadmap module.
- It is never proof that a future module is available or scheduled.
Scope boundaries
What Deploy does and does not promise.
In scope
- Configure Lumetra around your approved requirements, workflow and terminology.
- Prepare the team to operate the configured environment responsibly.
- Document acceptance criteria and a plan for ongoing iteration.
Not in scope
- Fixed timelines before the workflow is understood. Duration depends on complexity and data readiness.
- Every request becoming a custom feature. We align configuration to Lumetra's existing structure where possible.
- Replacing professional judgment or organizational accountability with software defaults.
